• All pelts are washable and can be cleaned using the gentle cycle of your washer.
• Some pelts may have small holes from processing. These are stated when seen, however none are visible from the fleece side.
• Average staple length is 4” to 8”.
• Shipping is additional and will be actual cost of the fleece delivered to your location.

The Connecticut Blanket

The gift of an heirloom.

The Connecticut Sheep Breeders Association Inc. produces a few hundred blankets each year from wool pooled together through the association members farms.  The wool must be 100%  grown in Connecticut and pass strict quality standards.  The process begins with shearing in Spring and ends with a finished blanket in late Fall.

We have two King sized blankets available from the 2009 project. 

The blanket is a series #7 Large Buffalo Plaid of100% CT Wool in natural colors.  It measures 104” x 96”, weighs 6 1/2# and is soooo warm and comfortable. 

Price is $200 each plus cost of shipping.
